We have extensive U.S. Federal Government, Military, and Intelligence Community experience, as well as extensive experience in corporate and Board operations. RANDY D. BISHOP
Randy Bishop is the founder and CEO of Black Sail Defense Inc., a S2M business development consulting firm.
Randy is former Special Agent in the Federal Government and the US Air Force, with over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology development and protection, and counterintelligence. He worked in senior industry positions providing the Intelligence Community, DoD and Federal agencies with vital cybersecurity, technology protection, and counterintelligence services. Prior to his industry leadership, Randy held several executive positions in the federal government, the US Air Force, and the US DOE National Laboratory complex. Mr. Bishop earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and completed the Post Graduate Intelligence Program at the National Intelligence University. Mr. Bishop is also a Senior Fellow of the Excellence in Government program.
